Not the right fit? We make it easy to exchange within 7 days or return within 5 days of delivery.

    Check eligibility

    Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, and returns within 5 days — items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags and packaging attached.

    Start your request

    Email us at ekumclothing01@gmail.com with your order number and whether you'd like a return or an exchange, and wait for our approval before sending anything back.

    Schedule a pickup

    We'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address, or you can drop the package at a courier point we share with you.

  4. 04

    Get your refund or replacement

    Once the item passes quality check, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or your exchange is shipped out.
